The weather in provo, like love, is unpredictable

Yesterday, it was sunny with high of 79 here in Utah Valley. The air was warm, the music was upbeat, and one could even begin to see the buds on the trees begin to open up. Spring, it seemed, had finally arrived, and despite the feeling of finals lurking in the near future, the mood was cheerful. Today, it is snowing. Things can change in an instant, and love here at the Y seems to follow this strange bipolar pattern that the weather has set. One minute my friend is away visiting his family, and the next time that I talk to her, she is once again single. A different friend is engaged, who knew she even had a boyfriend? For everything there is a season. My season of love, it seems, is a little late coming, but one never can tell what is right around the corner. Who knows, maybe spring really will come and bring with it a summer fling of my own.

You never know when you will meet that handsome, dark haired, single hunk of a doctor who will take you all over the world saving children. Hang in there, your day will come.
